Friday Evening
- 6:00 PM - Welcome ceremony and introductions

Saturday
- 7:00 AM - Morning meditation and breathwork
- 9:00 AM - Mindful breakfast
- 10:30 AM - Walking meditation in nature

- 4:00 PM - Mindful movement and gentle yoga
- 7:00 PM - Evening reflection and journaling

Special Workshop: Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness
This retreat features a special workshop on using mindfulness techniques for stress reduction, drawing from the latest research in neuroscience and contemplative practice. You'll learn practical tools that you can integrate into your daily life.
